Why Is a Driving Licence Required?
A bike or scooty is a motor vehicle, and riding one without a valid Driving Licence is illegal in India. For your safety and legal compliance, every customer must present a valid Driving Licence before the rental begins. This also helps ensure that riders have the necessary experience to safely operate the vehicle.
Can Someone Else Rent the Vehicle for Me?
No. The person renting the vehicle must be the person who presents the Driving Licence and completes the rental verification process. Vehicles cannot be rented using someone else's licence or identity documents.
What If I Forget My Driving Licence?
If you cannot present a valid Driving Licence during verification, we will not be able to hand over the vehicle. To avoid inconvenience, please ensure you carry all required documents before visiting our rental office.
