How Does the 1-Litre Fuel Policy Work?
Unlike the "Full-to-Full" policy used by some rental companies, we follow a straightforward 1-Litre to 1-Litre system. This means:
- Every vehicle is handed over with approximately 1 litre of petrol.
- During your trip, you can refill the vehicle as needed.
- Before returning the vehicle, simply ensure it has approximately 1 litre of fuel.
This system avoids unnecessary confusion and allows you to pay only for the fuel you actually use.
Can I Buy Extra Fuel Before Starting My Ride?
Yes. If you'd like to begin your journey with more fuel, you can purchase additional petrol from us before the vehicle is handed over. The fuel is charged at the current fuel price plus a small service margin, which varies with fuel prices. Our team will inform you of the applicable rate before your rental begins.
What Happens If I Return the Vehicle With Less Fuel?
If the vehicle is returned with significantly less than the agreed fuel level, the shortage may be adjusted during the final settlement. Our team explains the fuel policy before handover so there are no surprises when you return the vehicle.
What If I Return the Vehicle With More Fuel?
If you return the vehicle with more fuel than required, the extra fuel remains in the vehicle. As with most vehicle rental services, unused fuel is not refundable, so we recommend refuelling only as much as you expect to use before returning the vehicle.
