How Does a Rental Extension Work?
If your travel plans change or you decide to stay longer in Rishikesh, you don't need to make a new booking. Simply contact our team before your scheduled return time. If the vehicle has no upcoming booking or maintenance requirement, we'll update your existing rental with the new return date and duration.
Why Should I Inform You Early?
The earlier you inform us, the better. This allows us to check vehicle availability, ensure there are no upcoming reservations, confirm there are no scheduled maintenance requirements, and update your rental smoothly without interruptions. Last-minute requests may not always be possible if the vehicle has already been reserved for another customer.
Will I Keep the Same Vehicle?
In most cases, yes. If your extension is approved, you can usually continue using the same bike or scooty without returning it to the office. This makes your journey more convenient and avoids unnecessary paperwork.
How Is the Additional Rental Charged?
The additional rental period is charged according to the applicable rental rates. Where possible, we request payment for the extended period at the time the extension is approved. If immediate payment isn't possible, the outstanding extension amount may be adjusted during the final settlement as per our rental policy.
Can Every Rental Be Extended?
Not always. Extensions depend on vehicle availability, existing customer bookings, scheduled maintenance, and operational requirements. If your current vehicle isn't available for an extension, our team will do their best to suggest a suitable alternative whenever possible.
